Navigating Complexity Across the Peace-Sustainability-Climate Nexus-
Promoting peace and sustainability in human development and security while accounting for the risks associated with climate change has become more imperative than ever at different scales ranging from the local to the global. A nexus approach to the linkages between peace, sustainability, and climate security is more appropriate than considering each sector in isolation.

Dr. Amadei is the past Director of the Mortenson Center in Engineering for Developing Communities at CU Boulder and holds the Mortenson Endowed Chair in Global Engineering. He is also the Founding President of Engineers Without Borders - USA and the co-founder of the Engineers Without Borders-International network.
