And faith communities have persisted through thousands of years of change. What role does religion play in creating solutions for the problems that plague today’s world? What useful examples and organizing principles do faith communities bring to the table in an era of decreasing hierarchy, increasing accessibility of information, ubiquitous technology, rapid innovation, as well as increased religious diversity and global religious tension? What are the opportunities for religion to lead in this era, and how is it redesigning itself to do so?
