The Solutions Journalism Network's Keith Hammonds is working to engage journalists serving faith-based and conservative audiences. As president until 2022, he led SJN's emergence as a national non-profit organization helping hundreds of news organizations and nearly 20,000 journalists worldwide do rigorous and compelling reporting on the responses to social problems. He previously started and ran Ashoka's News & Knowledge initiative and, before that, was executive editor of Fast Company magazine. Keith also owns and publishes the Boulder Monitor, a small weekly newspaper in Jefferson County, Montana. He splits his time between Montana and Baltimore, Maryland.
