Lane Becker joined Code for America in May 2014 as Director of Products and Startups, promote widespread reuse of Code for America applications within cities as well as running the civic technology Startup Accelerator program.

In his new role as Talent Director, Lane works to bring more talented technologists into government roles, and helps governments design environments where technologists can succeed.
